On Your Mind
"What's been on your mind lately?" a phrase commonly said but not commonly meant. Somehow the truth got left somewhere long ago where crockpots were used instead of microwaves and trophies were given to winners. I'm in a love hate relationship with my generation but I'm kinda tired of hearing folks bag on millennials. How can you continue to put down a generation that you "brought up", just because it didn't work out as planned. You got lazy and we got entitled. It's not our fault you spared the rod! I feel like it's time we talked. It's time grand parents, kids, and parents; people young and old sat down and had a conversation. We as a people should never take for granted the value of an open conversation. Every generation's voice has value no matter the age, wisdom will never go out of style.
